Made progress only in one thing. Made midi file read function. I need this because I want to use help of other composers in project and do not torture them with chuck programming if they don't want it or make additional conveter to my format from midi. 

To write Chuck code inside C# it needs to use string.Format. And I meet some difficulties to use string variables in string object.
